The second important factor is set by the leakage of air. Air is sup-posed to be flushed out of cleanroom due to the negative pressure of the inside. An ideal pass box must have excellent gasket attached on the sides of the door. The gasket is made of good EPDM rubber, and this EPDM rubber must have a long service life.
